The Horst Brandstätter Group - with its brands Playmobil and Lechuza - has set itself ambitious goals to protect the environment and its resources. By 2027, it plans to be completely carbon-neutral and neutralize all self-generated emissions. By 2030, a closed material cycle is to be established so that manufactured products are 100% reused.
With Playmobil, the Group is using its opportunity to raise awareness for sustainability issues. The best example of this is the Wiltopia play world, most of whose material comes from discarded refrigerators. A fascinating story helps get children excited about the world and the ecosystem.
