Compliance with laws, rules and internal regulations is our top priority. Only if we act in compliance with the law and with integrity can we protect our company, our employees and our business partners.
We have introduced a whistleblower system to enable us to deal fairly and appropriately with reports of violations or misconduct. This whistleblower information describes how the reporting system of the Horst Brandstätter Group works and how reports are handled.
Only serious violations or complaints of applicable law or suspicious cases related to the Horst Brandstätter Group and its affiliated companies can be reported to the whistleblower system confidentially and, if desired, anonymously (if permitted by national legal requirements).
Reporting topics
These include, for example, violations of
- our Code of Conduct,
- antitrust law,
- environmental regulations,
- applicable laws or other requirements,
- violation of human rights, and
- suspected corruption, theft, fraud,
- discrimination or bullying.
Reporting
In addition to employees, business partners, customers and other third parties can provide information on specific breaches of rules relating to affiliated companies of the Horst Brandstätter Group. The whistleblowers do not have to fear any sanctions or consequences under labor law as a result of a report.
A report can be submitted in any language. If necessary, a translation will be arranged.
Especially in the case of anonymous reports, please make sure that the report is as specific as possible and, if necessary, include documents that support your suspicions. It is also helpful if you are available to answer further questions from MROS. Otherwise, the facts of the case cannot be discussed and you will not be informed about the progress of the proceedings.
Note on the misuse of the reporting portal
The reporting portal should not be used to falsely accuse individuals of illegal or unethical behavior. If a report is made in bad faith or for personal reasons, the HBG reserves the right to take appropriate action, including legal action, against the reporting person.
Data Protection
Information on the processing of your data can be found in the data protection information on the whistleblower portal.
Procedure
Details of the process can be found in our Procedural Rules.
